Join the conversation! Learn about the complex challenges facing pollinators in Vermont and help identify strategies to protect these essential species. Keynote speakers and panels of experts will examine the threats to pollinators and their critical role in preserving Vermont's working lands and wild places.  Our featured noon speaker, Stan Meiberg, Acting Deputy Administrator of the EPA and co-chair of the White House Pollinator Health Task Force, will bring a national perspective to the day. Hands-on round table discussions will offer in-depth opportunities to explore efforts to support pollinators and share individual experiences and ideas.

Hosted by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and its Endangered Species Committee. Co-sponsors include the Gund Institute for Ecological Economics, Rubenstein School  of Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Vermont, the UVM-Extension Master Gardeners Program, the Vermont Center for Ecostudies, the Vermont Natural Resources Council, Audubon Vermont, The Nature Conservancy, the Vermont Beekeepers Association, Greenworks, NOFA - Vermont, Agency of Agriculture Food and Markets, the Xerces Society, the Vermont Woodlands Association, the National Wildlife Federation and Gardener's Supply.
